Our Services covers several stages of an industrial project and it consists of several modules that include the following:
- Study Stage:
- Initial Business Plan (Pre – feasibility Study).
- Detailed Technical Study.
- General layout and general Specification.
- Full Bankable Feasibility Study.
- Design Stage:
- Sourcing and providing the technical and contractual support for the Technology provider if required.
- Technical support during the negotiation with the machinery provider/s.
- Technical coordination between the machinery suppliers.
- Detailed design drawings including architectural, electrical, mechanical.
- Full coordination and technical support with the Architectural Consultant office to issue coordinated and detailed shop drawings for tender and construction purposes.
- Construction Stage:
- Supervision on the construction with regards to the technical and industrial details related to the machinery and production lines.
- Supervision on the machinery installations and commissioning. For new Factories:

- Support in recruiting specialized Staff force.
- Training of staff force.
- Designing and implementing Working Procedures and Quality Assurance systems.
